Community Projects play a major role in the Leadership Waterloo Region program. Over the course of the year, groups of 5-8 participants will each complete a project for a local  Social Profit organization. Examples of these projects can be found in the "Examples of Projects" link on this page and additional detail on some projects can be found on the Impact page, under Agency Testimonials. These projects add a unique dimension to the program, as the participants experience first-hand the benefits of leadership development.

If your organization would like to submit a project, you can do so by filling out the submission form.  Be sure to read the Guidelines for Projects document before submitting your project.

Submissions are accepted throughout the year, with a submission deadline of July 31st for the following program year.
