Leadership Waterloo Region is a social profit organization working to address the leadership gap in our region by providing community focused leadership training. Each of our programs offers professionals and youth opportunities to hone their leadership skills while contributing to the health of the community.

Today we have more than 325 graduates of our leadership program working in the business, government and social profit sectors that are heavily involved in more than 300 boards of directors and committees in our community.
